At 2 Klassy Kreationz, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products—including T-shirts, tumblers, and DTF transfers—we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order or notice an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will work with you to address your concerns and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
